Sometimes it’s not always a sports injury that keeps you on the sideline. When we heard of Caroline Plank’s battle with the BRCA2 mutation - a genetic disorder that nearly guarantees her chances of getting cancer in her lifetime - we wanted to help! After undergoing a preventative double mastectomy, in less than a year she finished the NYC marathon last November! We’re partnering with Caroline (@bad_lemons) to lend our support for her continued advocacy about BRCA+ and to spread awareness about the diseases that aren’t detectable with our smart leggings.
